PPT to short video: turn decks into vertical cuts for TikTok and Reels
You have the material, not the camera or the editing time. Drop in decks, notes or long posts; AI writes the spoken script, voices it, adds captions and motion, and exports vertical cuts sized for each platform — a three-minute video in about fifteen minutes.
Short video rarely fails on ideas
Writing is fine, filming is not
You can write a post or a newsletter; the moment it becomes video you need lighting, audio, retakes and editing — half a day for three minutes.
Daily posting and multiple accounts don't scale by hand
One daily account is already the limit. Five accounts posting daily is arithmetic, not effort.
Every platform wants its own pack
A hook for TikTok, a pain-point title for 小红书, a familiar tone for 视频号 — three passes over the same cover and tags, and by the third you'd rather not publish.
From source material to a vertical cut in three steps
- 1
Import the material
Decks, PDFs, long images and note screenshots all import. Arrange 6–12 pages and you have the spine of one short.
- 2
AI writes and voices the script
Pick the platform style and a voice; AI writes per-page narration (you can specify the three-second hook), then captions and motion align themselves.
- 3
Vertical export plus publishing pack
Export through the TikTok / Reels / Shorts template with the cover, title and tags generated in the same pass.
Built for batch output, not one-off edits
One source, several platforms
Export a landscape long cut and a vertical short from the same page pack: long form for YouTube and Bilibili, short form for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
No camera, no microphone
Voices paced for talking-head content, with no flubs — and an edited line only re-renders that page.
The hook is a setting
Ask for a contrarian, benefit-led or question hook and the opening is written as a hook, not a table of contents.
Batch production, not batch stress
Reusable page packs and batch import keep a week of 7–14 shorts under 6–8 hours.
Vertical-safe captions
Big-caption short-video styles inside a vertical layout, so the comment bar and stickers don't eat your subtitles.

How to upload daily as a knowledge creator — one deck, seven videos a week
Daily uploads rarely fail on ideas; they fail on the cost of one video. Turn existing decks and notes into a clip library, split each long video into shorts, and run a real weekly schedule.

No face, no voice, no editing. The ticket into educational content is information density, not appearance — and the decks, reports and book notes on your hard drive are your first backlog.

No timeline, no keyframes, no Premiere or CapCut tutorials. Remove 'editing' from video production and only three things remain: material, script, publishing.

What short-form creators ask first
Can I make short videos without any footage?
For screen-shaped topics, yes: the tool works from decks, PDFs, images and screenshots plus AI narration, which suits explainers, opinion, data, tutorials and book lists. It is not for topics that need real footage — store visits, hands-on product shots, acted scenes.
Will platforms flag it as reused or low quality?
The script and the material are yours; AI only performs them, and platform checks look at duplication and originality. When reposting across platforms, change the opening hook and the cover rather than uploading one identical file everywhere — and avoid publishing several structurally identical videos the same day on one account.
What aspect ratio should I use?
9:16 (1080×1920) covers TikTok, Shorts and 视频号; 小红书 also accepts 3:4. Choose the ratio in the platform template before export instead of cropping later — cropping eats the caption safe area.
How long does one short take?
Ten to twenty minutes for 6–10 pages including scripting, voicing and rendering. After batch import, most of the time goes into editing the script and the cover, not operating software.
What does it cost?
About 200 credits for a six-page video (≈$0.33), and 600 welcome credits cover a few tests. Rendering, export and split export are free; only AI scripting and voiceover consume credits — see [pricing](/pricing).
